It is necessary to accelerate the research and development of domestic advanced technology and equipment to change this Various conditions. In order for Chinese valve companies to fundamentally change their dependence, they must understand the localization situation of national valves in key industries and projects. Therefore, efforts should be made to achieve full localization of Chinese valves. According to the relevant regulations on industrial structure adjustment (involving the valve industry) and encouragement during the 11th Five Year Plan period, the analysis of its localization is as follows: the localization of valves in the coal and coal chemical industries is no longer news. In China, the renowned "Yu (County) Wei (Fang) Qing (Island)" coal transportation pipeline, which has been demonstrated for more than ten years, still faces the suspense of birth certificates. This means that China has not yet built a coal transportation pipeline. So, it is impossible to talk about the localization of valves for coal pipelines. 2. The main research and development projects of large-scale coal chemical equipment include: super large hydrogenation reactors, centrifugal pumps and volumetric pumps for coal liquefaction, specialized valves for coal liquefaction, oil coal slurry heating furnaces, large coal slurry homogenization mixers, large thrust reciprocating compressors and large centrifugal compressors, special waste heat boilers, large coal preparation equipment, core equipment for oil residue gasification, and core equipment for large natural gas hydrogen production. In addition, the National Development and Reform Commission has preliminarily proposed plans to use coal liquefaction to produce 60 million tons of oil annually, with a total investment of about 420 billion yuan, including equipment investment of about 200 billion yuan. The state has approved the construction of a direct coal liquefaction project with an annual output of 5 million tons in Inner Mongolia. The process conditions of coal direct liquefaction equipment are very strict, and the requirements for valves are very high: the medium temperature is 420-500 ℃; Working pressure 17-30MPa; The solid particle content is 20-80%. The localization of coal liquefaction valves is an urgent task for the valve industry.
